These tips will help you develop an appropriate bed and naptime routine for your child as well as educate parents on healthy and age-appropriate expectations for their child and their sleep needs

Safe Sleep Class - 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM
Getting ready for baby is a big task – let’s take one worry off your plate! “Safe Sleep for Your Little” will go over the safe sleep tips as well as look at baby products that meet the safe sleep standards of the AAP and CPSC. Learn how to determine what products are safe for sleep when setting up your registry and nursery, and how to ensure that your newborn’s sleep environment will help reduce the risk of SIDS.
