Qualifications:

Job Description

The Inventory Receiving Associate is critical to providing our customers with the highest levels of welcoming customer service, presenting a curated experience, and showcasing our expertise both online and in-store. Enjoy a fun work environment and be part of a growing, female-owned business!

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all inbound and outbound freight processes
  • Unloading, receiving and sorting inbound freight, processing to merchandise inventory in the warehouse, and accurately tagging
  • Compiling and organizing receiving reports, and submitting to accounting
  • Accurately processing outbound merchandise inventory for distribution to the stores network
  • Document and photograph new arrivals for social media
  • Driving inventory accuracy and aiding replenishment of stores network when necessary
  • Accurately and effectively stocking merchandise to the sales floor when necessary
  • Communicating and tracking with vendors on wrong shipments, damages and defectives
  • Handling and ensuring credit/refunds are received and merchandise inventory donated when necessary
  • Ensuring an organized, neat and clean warehouse to safely receive and process inventory, and manage and move as appropriate
  • Utilizing technology to capture required information, reporting and documentation

    Job Description

The Online Operations Associate is critical to providing our online customers the highest levels of welcoming customer service, presenting a curated experience, and showcasing our expertise both online and in store.

    Duties include:

    • Fulfilling online orders efficiently and accurately through requesting inventory from other stores, pulling customer orders, verifying orders, packing/assembling, and shipping within our stated timeframes
    • Providing highly personalized and welcoming in-person, phone, and email service to customers seeking assistance placing online orders and resolving order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back order inquiries, and any other issues that may arise in the order fulfillment process
    • Ensuring online inventory accuracy to limit out of stocks
    • Ensuring all shipping supplies are re-ordered in a timely fashion and workspace is kept in an orderly fashion
    • Providing feedback on potential website issues based on customer feedback
    • Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the Pacifier brand and products
    • Additional project work and assigned tasks as business requires
