PLEASE NOTE: There may be delays in the USPS, UPS, or FedEx networks that may impact the delivery of your order due to the COVID-19 crisis. Pacifier is doing everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery. However, once an item leaves our shop with the mail carrier, we do not have the ability to edit your order or impact it's movements. Please allow extra time for your delivery.
Order are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on weight and location. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Pacifier cannot be responsible for theft or damage of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.
Rush shipping is available at an additional price - please call us at 612.767.8501 to inquire about expedited shipping options. We currently ship standard within the continental United States, but please call us at 612.767.8501 if you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO base to calculate shipping cost.
Please note our team is available to help during our hours. We can be reached at 612.767.85013 between 10AM-6PM CST Monday through Saturday and 11AM-5PM CST on Sundays. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas Day.
Please allow 3 business days for Curbside Pickup orders. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Curbside Pickup orders for strollers, car seats, and/or furniture may take longer. If you need something ASAP, please call us as 612.623.8123 to place a phone order. An ID and the credit card is required for pick-up.
Returns may take up to two business days to process. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please review this page HERE. To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request return authorization. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return in the email. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your return order.
