• Insulation and Hood Details: Shell is insulated with versatile 100-g Thermogreen® 100% recycled polyester and has a removable, three-panel hood with an internal gasket for a close fit.
• Full-Length Waterproof Zipper: Center-front zipper has an external storm flap with a hook-and-loop closure, an internal wind flap, a zipper garage, and a webbing zipper pull; soft tricot inside the collar and at the chin guard offers warmth and extra coziness.
• Pocket Details: Two zippered front pockets and one zippered chest pocket with webbing zipper pulls; one pass pocket on the left sleeve with a hook-and-loop closure and a webbing tab opens and closes with ease.
• Grow-Fit Feature for Longer Wear: Grow-Fit feature allows you to unstitch the extra liner and insulation from inside the sleeves to increase length by 1¼ inches, which helps keep the garment in play for longer.
• Design Details: Hem has a slight drop tail for extra coverage, and elasticized cuffs keep out the cold; with reflective tape on the upper sleeves and a cubby loop for hanging; built with wear to spare, this garment has our hand-it-down ID label.

Orders are shipped via USPS first class or ground or UPS ground depending on weight and location. Ground shipping is 3-7 business days. Signatures are required for orders over $200 and tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Items that are noted as pre-order will ship during the timeframe specified.  If the vendor updates the back-order timeframe, we will provide updates and you are welcome to cancel the order anytime prior to shipment.

To make a return, please email orders@pacifieronline.com to request return authorization. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions.

Returns made within 30 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment. If the product was gifted, may be returned for gift card/store credit.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your return order.
