Product Care:
- Before first use, place the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, soaking for five minutes. Squeeze out any excess water left in the teat, and let dry. To maintain cleanliness, rinse regularly with water, and soak in boiling water from time-to-time for five minutes maximum.
- We do not recommend disinfecting pacifiers with sterilizing solution as this will weaken the teat and shorten the lifespan of the pacifier.
- ALWAYS TEST YOUR BABY'S PACIFIER - Before each use, always test the pacifier by gently pulling on the nipple in all directions to inspect it for any tears or rips. If you notice any tears or weakness in the nipple, it is time to dispose of the pacifier and replace.
- WHEN TO CHANGE YOUR PACIFIER - It is a universal safety recommendation (regardless of the pacifier material or brand) that pacifiers must be replaced every 6-8 weeks for hygiene and safety reasons. For natural rubber pacifiers it is even more important since the material is completely natural. It is time to dispose of the pacifier and replace it when you notice that the nipples is ripped or torn, on once the pacifier becomes sticky or starts peeling.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS first class or ground or UPS ground depending on weight and location. Ground shipping is 3-7 business days. Signatures are required for orders over $200 and tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Pacifier cannot be responsible for theft or damage of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.
Pre-orders
Items that are noted as pre-order will ship during the timeframe specified. If the vendor updates the back-order timeframe, we will provide updates and you are welcome to cancel the order anytime prior to shipment.

To make a return, please email orders@pacifieronline.com to request return authorization. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions.
Returns made within 30 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment. If the product was gifted, may be returned for gift card/store credit.
