Unlike other commercially sold syrups, our herbal syrups are processed and manufactured from all natural, organic ingredients. No artificial sugar, preservatives, or thickening agents. It is pure, natural and smooth in texture.

Our syrup is the consistency of a juice, which does not effect it's concentration or effectiveness. Since it is not thick like cough syrup, kids enjoy taking it!

Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) is a multipurpose superfruit used widely throughout Europe. As a centuries old tradition, it has been used by herbalists as a tonic to maintain health and well-being. Current research supports the long held beliefs about elderberry's health benefits on the body. Elderberry provides vitamins A, B, and C, as well as anthocyanins, which are potent free radical scavengers. It is truly among nature's sweet and healthy surprises.

DOSAGE: As a dietary supplement, age 3 to adult can take 1 tbsp daily. Age 1-3 years can take 1-2 tsp daily. Can be taken directly, or mixed with water or juice.

Our syrup is made in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.

We don't use additives or preservatives, so our syrup is best enjoyed within 6 months of opening. Refrigerate after opening.

Our 30oz is a BPA free plastic bottle and is 20% more concentrated than the 12oz and 24oz bottles.

Sorry, we do not accept returns on elderberry syrup since it is a consumable product and cannot be resold.   

Shipping timelines

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS first class or ground or UPS ground depending on weight and location. Ground shipping is 3-7 business days. Signatures are required for orders over $200 and tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Pacifier cannot be responsible for theft or damage of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.

Pre-orders

Items that are noted as pre-order will ship during the timeframe specified.  If the vendor updates the back-order timeframe, we will provide updates and you are welcome to cancel the order anytime prior to shipment.

Rush shipping is available at an additional price except for the month of December - please call us at 612.767.8501 to inquire about expedited shipping options. We currently ship standard within the continental United States, but please call us at 612.767.8501 if you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO base to calculate shipping cost.

To make a return, please email orders@pacifieronline.com to request return authorization. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions.

Returns made within 30 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment. If the product was gifted, may be returned for gift card/store credit.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your return order.
