Potty Chair is a well-designed potty with soft contours, a high backrest and comfy armrests. Your child can just sit back, relax and take all the time they need. The potty chair stays firmly in place on the floor, even when your child moves around! The inner potty is easy for you to take out, empty, and rinse or wipe clean. The potty chair is designed in Sweden and made in the USA and is available in several lovely colors that coordinate with our other products.

Materials - The potty chair is made from polypropylene (PP) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).

Care instructions - The potty chair is easy to clean, thanks to its removable inner potty. Use the practical handle to lift out the inner potty, empty it, and wipe or rinse under running water.

Tested and safe - All bathroom products from BABYBJORN comply with the relevant safety requirements for plastic in both Europe and the USA. This means that the plastic we use undergoes continual rigorous testing for Bisphenol A (BPA) and other harmful substances.

Shipping timelines

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS first class or ground or UPS ground depending on weight and location. Ground shipping is 3-7 business days. Signatures are required for orders over $200 and tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Pacifier cannot be responsible for theft or damage of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.

Pre-orders

Items that are noted as pre-order will ship during the timeframe specified.  If the vendor updates the back-order timeframe, we will provide updates and you are welcome to cancel the order anytime prior to shipment.

To make a return, please email orders@pacifieronline.com to request return authorization. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions.

Returns made within 30 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment. If the product was gifted, may be returned for gift card/store credit.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your return order.
